The Highfields and District Business Connections sent in a submission, on behalf of members, as part of the Toowoomba Regional Council’s recent consultation on the Central Highfields Master Plan. The submission looks at some of the pro’s and con’s of the three options presented by Council and highlights the lack of ‘civic’ space, the unsuitable placement of the Emergency services and issues regarding the integration and access between different land use areas.
